Q.  Are lots available to purchase? Can I bring my own builder?
A. Most lots in the community are sold to builder teams. These builders have been selected for their experience and integrity within the area. This is done in order to ensure consistent product integrity and to protect the investment of homebuyers. We can custom build on most lots held by builders. There are occasionally lots not held by the builder team and the community manager can be contacted for details.
