Philip's hands-on experience in the construction process over the past 27 years has allowed Schroeder Enterprises, Inc. to continue to build top-quality homes. Philip is one of very few builders left in the Valley who is on the job site each day to manage the project himself, without supervisors. He is always available to meet with homeowners and potential clients who have questions and/or comments regarding the building process. Philip has built second and third homes for many of his past clients that have also developed into lasting friendships because he believes in taking care of his clients even after the sale.
